Data Protection Notice

Note: this is a courtesy translation of a draft. The Turkish text is the binding version, and it must be approved by company counsel before launch. Registered name, data controller details and retention periods are still to be finalised.

1. Data controller

Furkan Pehlivanoğlu Şahıs Şirketi, whose details appear below, acts as the data controller under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: full name, company name, email, phone.
• Enquiry content: the services you selected, budget range, your message.
• Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, visit logs.

3. Purposes of processing

• To assess your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To enter into and perform a contract.
• To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
• To measure visit statistics, where you have given explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f) and, for measurement cookies, explicit consent (art. 5/1).

5. Transfers

Your data is shared with the suppliers providing our hosting, email and measurement services, only to the extent the service requires. Where a transfer abroad is involved, the conditions in KVKK art. 9 are observed.

6. Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 2 years after the relationship ends; records relating to a contractual relationship are kept for the limitation period set out in the applicable legislation.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Send requests to info@postaipilot.com.
